Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following
conditions and the following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in
singular or plural:
“Date of Cancellation”
Refers to the date on which the request for cancellation made by the user gets accepted and
does not, in any way, means the date on which the request for cancellation was made.
“Date of Transaction” or “DOT”
Refers to the date on which a product or service was purchased from our website and this
includes the date on which any renewal is processed. In circumstances where a free trial or demo has been
offered, the Date of Transaction shall begin from the very first day of the trial.
“Refundable Amount”
Refers to the amount which is payable to our users after a cancellation request has been made
and accepted and does not include any reasonable expenses incurred in relation to providing the services/
products to the users.
“Refund Period”
Refers to the time period in which a refund may be processed legitimately by the customer
service of our website. The Refund Period for all the products/ services purchased is fourteen (14) days and
no refund shall be issued after the expiry of such term.
Your Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel an order within fourteen (14) days from the Date of Transaction (DOT). In
order to cancel your order and be entitled for a refund you must inform us of your decision by means of
a clear statement by contacting us at our support section. Failure to do so in a timely and reasonable
manner shall terminate your cancellation rights as no refund shall be issued after the expiry of
fourteen (14) days. You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if
cancellation is requested within the Refund Period as prescribed above.
We will be under an obligation to reimburse you no later than five (5) weeks from the Date of
Cancellation.
Terms for Annual Subscription
We only offer Annual Subscription Plan therefore, by purchasing an Annual Subscription you
agree to an initial pre-payment for the service of one full year. After one year and annually thereafter,
you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the-then annual subscription rate.
However, we will notify you when the renewal fee is billed.
We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect all legitimate amounts due from you,including
but not limited to legal action and/ or using third party collection agencies.
