Let's Connect!
For me, it's about developing and diversifying

The talent in the technology industry.

I combine the benefits and lessons learned from working in and with some of the biggest and most respected technology companies in the industry with a passion for people, achieving results and having some fun along the way. Senior level experience in Sales, Professional Services, Change Management, Communications and Operations have enabled me to gain perspective and put theory into practice.

Mistakes and successes equally have taught me the importance of partnership, trust, and communication. What, when, how best to communicate so people are interested, engaged and involved. I believe in sharing good news often, breaking bad news early and in being consistent. In all of my work, I am most passionate about "leading with yes", the potential of teams and individuals and in the power of partnerships.

When it comes to technology, I am a fan of how it can be used to solve problems and enhance productivity. I truly believe One Note saves my life on a daily basis! Poor design and bad experiences that keep me from getting things done make me crazy!

The last few years of looking for a new hobby has introduced me to the world of Improvisation where I enjoy learning, performing and guiding Oakville Improv Theatre as a board member. I have also been using the powerful communication and awareness techniques to bring new and interesting approaches to creativity, team building and enhancing leadership capacity.
